Pricing.
OCD therapy in Toronto at The OCD Clinic costs $250 for a 50-minute session with a senior clinician, or $225 with an associate clinician. Couples sessions are 80 minutes, at $325 or $300. The first step, a 20-minute consultation, is free, so you can find out whether we're the right fit before you spend anything. No referral needed, and many extended health plans cover Registered Psychotherapists.
Two rates. Senior clinicians are $250 a session. Associate clinicians are the clinical team Justin La Rose, RP, trains and supervises, at $225.

Insurance & Receipts
Many extended health plans cover services from a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario. Check your plan for “Registered Psychotherapist” coverage and your annual maximum.
The OCD Clinic is listed in the Sun Life Lumino Health provider directory. Receipts are issued after each session for you to submit to your insurer.
No referral required. HST is not charged on psychotherapy services in Ontario.

Pricing Questions
We offer a free 20-minute consultation call, not a full session. It's for both of us to figure out whether we're a good fit and whether ERP makes sense for what you're dealing with. If it doesn't, I'll tell you where else to look.
Psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist isn't covered by OHIP. Many extended health benefits plans through employers cover psychotherapy from a Registered Psychotherapist. Annual maximums and reimbursement percentages vary by plan. For example, if your plan covers 80% up to $1,500 a year, you'd get back $200 of each $250 session until you reach that cap. Check your benefits booklet or call your provider to confirm.
Yes. Interest-free payment plans are available, typically spread over the duration of your treatment. Sliding scale options are also available if money is genuinely tight, so ask about availability when you book your consultation.
