Insurance & Direct Billing
Most extended health plans cover services from a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario. Check your plan for “Registered Psychotherapist” coverage and your annual maximum.
The OCD Clinic is listed in the Sun Life Lumino Health provider directory. Receipts are issued after each session for you to submit to your insurer.
No referral required. HST is not charged on psychotherapy services in Ontario.

- Late cancellation (under 24 hours) is charged at the full session rate

Pricing Questions
We offer a free 20-minute consultation call - not a full session. In our experience, people who invest in the first session are significantly more likely to complete treatment. The consultation is for us to determine if we're a good fit and if ERP is right for your situation.
Psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist is not covered by OHIP. However, most extended health benefits plans through employers cover psychotherapy. Coverage typically ranges from $1,000-$3,000 per year depending on your plan. Check your benefits booklet or call your provider to confirm.
Yes. Interest-free payment plans are available, typically spread over the duration of your treatment. Sliding scale options are also available for those with genuine financial need - ask about availability when you book your consultation.
